These terms govern your use of GhostCue, operated by Kingdom Helsinki OY ("we", "us"), a company registered in Finland. By using GhostCue, you agree to these terms.

The service

GhostCue is a browser-based teleprompter application. The free tier is available without an account. Paid tiers (Pro, Studio) require a subscription.

Your content

You own everything you paste into GhostCue. We do not claim any rights to your scripts or content. Your text is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

Accounts and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

If payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free tier after a grace period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute GhostCue's code
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Attempt to bypass tier restrictions or payment systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Availability

We aim to keep GhostCue available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. Since GhostCue works offline as a PWA, most functionality remains available even when our servers are down.

Limitation of liability

GhostCue is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, missed cues, or performance issues arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
