GhostCue is built and operated by Kingdom Helsinki OY ("we", "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Scripts and content you paste. Your scripts are processed entirely in your browser. We do not send, store, or have access to any text you paste into GhostCue. Everything stays on your device.

Saved scripts (Pro and Studio). If you use the save feature, scripts are stored in your browser's local storage. We do not sync or back up saved scripts to any server.

Email address. If you join the waitlist, subscribe to a paid plan, or contact us, we collect your email address. We use it only to communicate with you about GhostCue.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Analytics. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how GhostCue is used (page views, feature usage). We do not track you across websites or sell your data.

What we do not collect

Cookies

GhostCue uses minimal cookies for essential functionality only (session management, license verification). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

PWA and offline use

GhostCue works as a Progressive Web App. When installed, it runs entirely on your device. No data is transmitted while offline.

Data retention

Waitlist and contact form submissions are stored on Netlify's servers. Payment records are maintained by Stripe as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
